First step – Find your items

Find the kimono of your dreams in our store. You can browse several categories like furisode kimonos, or search by desired color.

If you find something you like, you can add it to your cart and keep browsing for other kimono, until you are ready to order.

Second step – Check out

Are you done with adding products to your cart? Then just click on checkout and follow the instructions.

Enter your name, address and if you plan to return to us in the future, please create an account. This will give you access to exclusive special offers!

Currently, we only accept Paypal, but other options will be made available soon. Depending on the country of your origin, you may pay with credit card via Paypal, without us getting your credit card information.

After you finish the ordering process, check the confirmation mail of your order that is automatically sent to you.

Cancellation of your order is only possible up to the moment of shipment.

As soon as your order and payment has been confirmed, your item will be shipped. Usually the confirmation process takes 3 to 5 days.

After the shipment has been sent out, you can track your package at anytime! You will receive a confirmation of your successful shipment, which will include the tracking number of Japan Post.

Go to the Japan Post Tracking Page or the Individual Search and enter your tracking number to see the status of your shipment.

Fourth Step – Delivery time

At the moment, we only deliver via express mail to ensure swift delivery. It also includes the possibility to trace your package.

Depending on your destination, your package may take 3 to 7 days to arrive. Although we can’t guarantee it: Including the confirmation of your order, you normally will receive your package after a maximum of two weeks after ordering.

Please be prepared that you may be charged with customs duties. These are different from country to country. We do not know if your package will be charged or not. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions or concerns. Custom is the recipients responsibility.

Fifth step – Enjoy your kimono!

Try on your new kimono! There are lots of good resources on our website for learning how to use a kimono, or you search the web for resources like this video. Over time, we will also expand our knowledge library for your use.

At this time, we do not offer refunds, other than for damaged or lost items. Immediately check your item after receiving it and immediately contact us, if your item is damaged.

Please be aware of our refund policy before ordering something you might not want or might not fit you. You will find sufficient information in the product description to decide if a kimono will fit you or not.
